i think its good we have restrictons on drugs such as heroin and cocaine! becasue it has such a bad effect on you socialy, phisycally, mentally, etc etc! but weed, as an effect on the comunity its no where near as bad as alcohol. and yet it is classed as a worse drug!.. i think legalising it would boost the economy, cut down on greater drug addiction, and more use of hiher class drugs, becasue ppl have dealers atm, and get things that are more than just weed from these dealers, because they can! if it was legal, they wouldnt need to have the dealer. (who ever heard of a dealer for asprin?) they would cut out the link to the harder drugs, and weed is 1: not addictive chimically and 2: not a depresent, therefore reducing its effect on your social behavior.. the whole reason there are restrictions on all these things is becasue of your behaviour towards the comunity!. it isnt to stop us from OD'ing on some new hybred. becasue hey, its our lives! but how we are when we are on these drugs has an effect on society as a whole!. and thats bad for the people who chose not to take drugs! cos hey, if everyone did it, it wouldnt matter!! we'd all be compleate wasters! and no-one would care!

Cannabis is a Central Nervous System depressant
Studies of cannabis's mental effects show that the drug can impair or reduce short-term memory, alter sense of time and reduce the ability to do things which require concentration, quick reactions and/or effective co-ordination
prolonged heavy cannabis use does cause physical damage to the brain.
Cannabis is not physically addictive but as with many other drugs, including alcohol, some cannabis users do develop a psychological dependence on the drug.

maybe i should do more research into the drug b4 commenting.. and i dont mean taking as research, ive done enough of that! lol.. but yeah, good points there "wise man" tho im still sticking to my origional stand that it should be legalised!.. and of course! u can become dependant on anything! it doesnt have to by phisiologically adictive to become addicted to it, but it does help when coming off that addiction!.. ur body doesnt ned the drug, just ur brain! and that can be reconditioned!
